Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Promptly and warmly greet all customers

·         Provide outstanding customer service

·         Provide product/job quotes as appropriate

·         Process special orders

·         Follow-up on customer orders, satisfy customer requests efficiently

·         Collect payments, issue receipts, process refunds

·         Promote instore sales, features and clearance items

·         Accurately fill customer orders

·         Continuously develop product knowledge

·         Effectively communicate with customers

·         Assist in maintaining appearance of branch

·         Report back orders and or material discrepancies

·         Accurately perform cycle counts

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years customer service experience
