JCP Project

Are you looking for an opportunity learn skills and tools for designing food and water security measures and emergency planning? The JCP Project may be the right program for you.

This project will give participants work experience and skills in the areas of resilient systems design (water/waste/food), emergency planning/community engagement, project planning, and permaculture design/installation for emergency response and climate change adaptation strategies. This project will increase the participant’s opportunities for sustainable employment in a wide range of related fields of work.  Participants will work 40 hours per week with a weekly allowance of $562.00.

Eligibility: Participants need to have earned at least $2,000 during 5 of the last 10 years (as an employee, not as a contractor or through self-employment).
