· Receive customer orders accurately and enter on POS system.
· Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customer request.
· Prepare and serve food (sandwich, soup, pastries and/or salads) to customer specification.
· Pre-portion food in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Ensure dishes are properly prepped and placed into automatic dish washer.
· Keep high standards of housekeeping in work area.
· Clean and sanitize tables after customer use.
· Keep customer area including washroom clean and free from clutter.
· Replenish fresh cut vegetables and meats as required.
· Record any items that stock is low on kitchen whiteboard.
· Comply with opening and closing procedures and sign as completed.
· Comply with sandwich preparation instructions.
· Cash out in accordance with procedures and deposit cash in ABM at CIBC bank.
· Greet customers upon entry and thank them for their patronage when they leave.
· Ensure all goods are properly dated in accordance with company policies.
