President of a well-established, private firm requires a part-time executive assistant in the Sooke area.
The ideal candidate will be experienced at the executive level in handling a wide array of administrative tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. This position offers a variety of interesting work, including property development and management for several companies.
Experience with payables, receivables, and Sage Simply Accounting would be an asset. Additional requirements include excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility and a capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is essential.
