We’re currently looking for an Administrative and Payroll Assistant
Experience Using Sage 50 Accounting Program and a Thorough Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Modules.
A Solid Understanding Of Bookkeeping Including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll And Inter-Company Transactions. Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Time Management Is Required.
Must Be Experienced With On-Line Reporting And Remitting For GST, PST, WCB, Payroll And Roe Web.
Experience Using Excel and Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Customer Service Orientated
Performing Daily Financial Transactions, All Aspects Of Bookkeeping Including Posting Cash Receipts, Posting And Paying Accounts Payable Invoices, Recording Revenues, Monthly Reconciliations, Weekly Payroll, Reporting And Remitting GST, PST, WCB And Payroll Remittances.
This Full Time Position Requires A Home Base Of 6 Months In Chilliwack Area And 6 Months Of On The Road Travelling Across Western Canada (BC, AB, SK). Accommodation Is Provided While Travelling. Driver’s License Is an Asset.
Salary Is Based On Experience and References Provided
