Currently we are seeking an ambitious passionate Sous Chef for our kitchen. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests by sharing their passion and expertise. We use a blend of classic and modern techniques combined with locally sourced products to produce our ever changing menu.

The ideal candidate should excel in a busy and dynamic environment. They will be highly organized, detail oriented and have a passion for cooking.

Duties will include:

– Plan & prepare menus for our fine dining, casual dining and banquets

– Supervise & delegate duties to have a successful dining experience for our guest

– Scheduling of staff

– Inventory control & order supplies

– Assist chef in costing of food & menu planning

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is preferred.

Must be available for a variety of shifts.

Pastry experience an asset but not required
