The London Chef is expanding its team and looking for a new manager! This position offers variety, independence and a cohesive, enthusiastic team to work with. It also offers significant flexibility, with a lot of room to set and organize your own hours from week-to-week, provided you are able to meet the needs of the bookings/events we have scheduled.
The manager trains staff, runs events and represents The London Chef with vendors and venues throughout the island so your interpersonal skills and approach to service will be most critical to enjoying and succeeding in this role. The Manager’s key responsibilities are to:
· Supervise staff
· Conduct the administration and client interactions for bookings
· Provide business leadership at events, and
· Collaborate with the Sous Chef and owners on event planning and weekly operational needs.
Our business is fun and unique; The successful candidate does not have to be a seasoned hospitality professional if other key strengths are present.
