General Duties & Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Construction Manager and assist Site Managers

Receive, document, reconcile all invoices against contracts; follow up on all outstanding items

Process all shop drawings, permits, change orders, invoices etc. as issued

Contact site or sub-trade for required information or action required

Document and report status for ongoing assignments

Liaise with Customer Service for ordering and stocking material as scheduled

Responsible for preparing administration policies and procedures

Generate Maintenance and User Guide manuals for new owners

General administrative office management duties

Qualifications:

MS Office with strong excel skills

Highly organized and detail orientated

Strong reporting and analytical skills

Self-motivated and able to deliver within target timelines

Experience with Construction software is an asset.

Live in the Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, Sooke area

Minimum two years administrative experience
