We’re looking for 3 Bilingual Front Desk Customer Service Specialists – Casuals to join our caring, productive, and dynamic team of professionals. These casual positions will be located at our Signal Hill office in Esquimalt, with shifts varying between Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm as required by the department. The anticipated start date for this position is early January 2021.

To succeed in this role, you have:
- 2 years’ Administration experience OR related Customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Typing ability of 50+ WPM.
- Knowledge of local community resources and the ability to network with community resources in a positive and effective manner.
- Sensitivity and tact in dealing with people under stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of the unique challenges of the military lifestyle.
- Bilingual (French and English) is a requirement of this position.
