This project will give participants work experience and skills in the areas of resilient systems design (water/waste/food), emergency planning/community engagement, project planning, and permaculture design/installation for emergency response and climate change adaptation strategies. This project will increase the participant’s opportunities for sustainable employment in a wide range of related fields of work.  Participants will work 40 hours per week with a weekly allowance of $562.00.

Eligibility: Participants need to have earned at least $2,000 during 5 of the last 10 years (as an employee, not as a contractor or through self-employment).
